If you are not satisfied with your product you will be able to exchange it or return it only if you comply with the conditions established in the refunds policy.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product to change it or return it, as along as the item or items arrive back at SURO complying with the following requirements:
- The product has not been worn and has not been damaged in any way by the client.
- The shipping costs are to be paid by the client and the product has to be returned in the exact same conditions as it was when it was received.
- The product must be returned in the original packing, inside the bag provided by SURO, with all its original labels and with the original hygienic protector.
The change and return of SURO items have to follow the same procedures:
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org saying in the SUBJECT if it is a CHANGE or a RETURN of an ítem and the purchase number. The email text has to include the following information:
- Purchase number:
- Email address:
- Bank account details; IBAN where the money has to transferred to. If it is an international return or change you need to provide us with your SWIFT code.
As soon as we receive your change request or withdrawal, we will send you a form to fill out and to be packaged together with the original invoice.

The client is responsible for the shipping costs, SURO will not take or agree to the return or change of any products if they receive a product and shipping costs are still outstanding. You must be sure that you include correctly all the contact information, because SURO is not responsible for lost shipments.
We will transfer the money of the purchased item to your bank account once you have sent us the required email and we have received the item in perfect condition to the above mentioned address. The shipping costs will be returned. The amount of the transfer will be the price of the product you purchased including the shipping costs, without counting the free shipping promotions that SURO can apply at certain times and for a limited period of time.
Products purchased with the use of discount coupons or simple discounts may not be returned. In these cases, SURO will generate a voucher for the same value of the purchase, the customer can use in any subsequent purchase in the SURO’S online store (suroswimwear.com). The voucher will be valid for a period of six months.
After checking all the necessary requirements, we will send you an email confirming the amount due to be returned and notifying you that the money will be transferred in the following days.
If you wish to change the product, SURO will send you the new size or the new model totally free of charge. SURO will pay the difference in costs if the product´s price is lower than the changed item.
You can only change or return items which have been purchased in SURO´s online store (suroswimwear.com).
SURO will allow a maximum of two changes for each item purchased in the online store. The client is responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to SURO.
Once we have received your email with all the information and we get the article to the address indicated in perfect conditions, we will proceed to send you, free of charge, the new size or the new model requested.
